Our Story

Experience Lobster Rolls “The Brooklyn Way” at BK LOBSTER PHX!!! 

BK Lobster PHX is a quick casual seafood restaurant established in 2022 by married NYC expats intent on adding variety to the Phoenix food scene. Known for their “extra buttery” and seasoned “Bed-Stuy Biggie” Rolls that are packed with up to an ounce of extra claw and knuckle meat, foodies and families alike have come to love their various styles of lobster rolls and toasted coney buns. The menu also boasts crispy fried lobster tails, creamy lobster mac-n-cheese, and fried shrimp served with their unique “BK Sauce”.  

Located in the Scottsdale Town Square complex on the NW corner Scottsdale and Thunderbird Roads, BK Lobster PHX is open from 12noon - 7pm Wed - Thursday, Friday - Saturday 12noon - 8pm and Sunday 11am - 2pm; where you can enjoy happy hour cocktails on their patio this fall with crispy wings and seafood appetizers from 4pm until close.
